Shipping policy

Once your order has shipped, we cannot process any cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal companies. If your package doesn't arrive on time for any reason, unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations or process returns for orders that were delayed due to shipping.

We will always print, package, and ship your order on-time or faster than our stated turnaround times. Once we send it off, the liability is now transferred from us, Crood, to you.

By purchasing from us, you understand that there are also circumstances that may cause delays: Such as natural disasters, national postal company delays, removal of "guaranteed" shipping times from shipping companies, and influxes of packages during peak holiday seasons. These circumstances may cause your orders to be delayed unexpectedly.
