How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order. We always try and ship them out as fast as we can, but during busy seasons we can take up to 3 business days to get your order out.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! We provide free, untracked, ground shipping on all orders. We also give you the option of tracked shipping for a flat fee of $12.99 and overnight shipping for $39.99 for when you're really in a pinch! We also offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $60 :)

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship all of our Canadian orders via Canada Post lettermail, which can take anywhere from 2–8 business days to arrive to you. All of our US orders are shipped via USPS and will take anywhere from 2–8 business days to arrive to you. International orders can take anywhere from 5–24 business days, so just keep that in mind if you live outside of North America!
